If the package is lost,what do I do?

International shipping is not 100% controllable, about 0.03% of our packages may be lost, if lost, we will provide you with the following solutions: 1) Send you a new package immediately. 2) Immediate full refund.

Will I receive the same as in the picture?

The products displayed on the website are photographed by our actual goods, you will get what you see.we can also provide you with shipping photos, you just need to remark in the order.

When can you ship my order.

Normally, orders will be shipped in around 2-3 business days. However, during peak season this may take 5-7 working days, we will keep you informed if any delays occur.

I received a tracking number but it doesn’t show any status.

We use a variety of methods to ship your items to be delivered to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products, they are sometimes detected and rejected for export. This might mean that the original tracking number that was generated and emailed to you has been rendered invalid. Please reach out to us if you noticed any anomalies on your tracking status.

What if my bag has a quality issue? Will you help me?

We have warranty on all our items unlike most websites and will gladly help with the repair or replacement of any issues deemed to be quality or production issues. Please contact our customer service if you require assistance with this and we will gladly assist you immediately.
